I give it a 7. The album has a good sound, and it is definitely farther away from her little teeny-bopper stuff of the past. Some of the songs though I feel like she is a little too young to sing about yet-- she is only 15 and should still be keeping her music PG to entertain her younger crowd as well as the older crowd. I probably only liked 1/2 of the songs she put on this one. Good luck to ya Miley!
I give this album a 10000. This makes me like Miley Cyrus even more. She is soooo awsome.She is my fave singer along with her ex- boyfriend Nick Jonas (he is soo cute)!!! I hope this makes Miley go back up the socail totom pole after what happened to her,
Her album isn't very put together, seems like she took some songs she like and threw it in an album. She did a few cover songs and some original songs but that is all. I agree that her audience is young and that these songs are a little too mature. But Miley can put anything out and her fans well love the album because it has Miley Cyrus's name on it.
the first thing that popped into my head when i heard everyone song was: this doesnt even sound like miley. i respect that she wants to break away from the hannah image but half these songs are too different from her last cd. shes trying to be pop/rock but i dont think its working. i like the songs but there just not her. it doesnt sound like her at all. plus this music isnt really right for someone whos 15 to sing, especially since most of her fans are little kids and shes connected with disney.
i hve to say i really dont like that song fly on the wall. i respect greatly that she doesnt want to be seen as hannah all the time, becuase honestly i think hannahs songs r kinda cheesy. but im 11 and i feel kind of uneasy when im listening to some of these songs. like my mom will come and tell me to turn it off. on the flip side, i really liked about 7 of these songs. even if im young i still think she still rocks
First of all, I love this album. I actually used to hate Miley because the whole Nick/Miley breakup and I love him but after hearing this album shes not all that bad. I love Full Circle and Fly on the wall. They're really unique. Also, Bottom of the Ocean and Goodbye are really beautiful. And for all the people who say shes growing up and these songs arent suited for her younger fanbase they need to get over it because shes growing up and eventually you will too. And Kaylin, why would your mom tell you to turn it off? That doesnt make sense. Love ya Miley. Good luck!!
MILEY CYRUS IS AWESOME!!! I think that this album is the BEST album that Miley has ever made because it really shows how she really feels. Miley is a very great role model for young girls, and girls like myself. Miley helps people realize how to be true to yourself and to follow your dreams no matter what! So I think that Miley is a great person inside, and that's all that really counts! LYLAS Miley!! <333
I'm 11 and I think Miley is acually growing up. It shows in her somg wake up america. I never expected that from her. And I dont know what you people are saying how the songs are too mature. Their what most pop stars sing. I really think this has givin Miley a chance to get away from Hannah and show everyone the real her who isn't a diva popstar. She's a real teenage girl who goes through everything teenage girls go through and I think this is the best album she has done yet.
That is just a creul and unusual thin 2 say. Ok some people may not like the album but u dont have 2 go around saying were high beause we the album that is just rude! And another thing about how u said she is smoking hot. Ur just a pig!!!!
I'm not exactly a Miley fan, though I don't hate her, I just question her fruity-photo-taking morals, but I do quite like this album. I like a few Hannah songs, but some are a bit cheesy, and I do like that Meet Milet Cyrus album she did, but some of the songs on that were a bit like we've seen it all before, but this album is good, I think the songs are a bit mature, in the sense of I'm having relationships, but other than that you can still graspe Miley's written it. I also think her voice has gotten more mature and had definately improved. I wish I could sing like her, or better, sing at all. I like 7 things, the driveway, fly on the wall and bottom of the ocean, that one is blimming good. Not so sure about Breakout though, it just reminds me of other songs she's done, like Let's Dance or GNO.
I agree the albums not put together very well, most of the songs are too similar, about a guy and girl in a relationship that's failed/failing, but it's still cool. I like Simple Song and These Four Walls. I always think an album should tell a story, but oh well

I really do like this album. It is really good, and I love how she mixes original and cover songs. But, she does have to remember that she can't grow up too fast, and everyone else has to remember that she is a star, and many of them want to be older than they really are, so that they can do things that they can't at their age. That is what Miley wants to do, and I respect that. Everyone else should also.
This album is accually a good thing for her. Most people think that this sorta stuff she is singing about can't happen to a 15/16 year old. But it can. Most break ups and that sorta stuff happen at that age. So I think she is singing stuff her age and not stuff that is too old for her to sing.
